AKM releases high-quality multi-channel D/A converter utilizing audio-optimized LSI manufacturing process

● AKM’s premium audio LSI manufacturing process
AKM’s audio-optimized LSI manufacturing process allows for the implementation of very low-impedance signal paths. This process results in much-improved noise immunity in general, and increased low-frequency noise performance in particular. As a result of these factors, the AK4468VN’s sound quality surpasses that of its predecessor, the multi-channel DAC AK4458VN. The AK4468VN is pin- and register-compatible with the AK4458VN.
● Supports AEC-Q100
The AK4468VN guarantees an operating temperature up to 105°C, and will comply with AEC-Q100 requirements.
● VELVET SOUND technology
As an AKM premium audio product, the AK4468VN supports VELVET SOUND features such as low-distortion technology and OSRD (Over Sampling Ratio Doubler) technology, which improve out-of-band noise suppression.
