New JRC Introduces a Rail-to-Rail Input/Output Operational Amplifier NJU77552 with Wideband and Very Low Power Consumption for Power Saving of IoT devices

In order to make the indispensable sensor devices of IoT more power saving, New JRC has launched a rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier NJU77552. The NJU77552 features wideband of 1.7MHz, very low operating current of 50µA per circuit, high immunity to EMI, and has entered mass production.

 

General Description

 

Recently, with popularity and development of IoT, there is a growing need to connect various types of sensors. Many IoT equipment need driving by battery and constantly working, so the demand for power saving is essential, and moreover, sensors and devices need low power performance.

 

Therefore, the low power performance has been also required for operational amplifier which amplifies sensor signal. But usually operational amplifier satisfies low power consumption, the available frequency bandwidth becomes narrow.

 

In order to make up solution to satisfy the IoT requirement, New JRC has made full use of analog circuit technology which is good field and developed new operational amplifiers with wideband, low power consumption for IoT devices. And these operational amplifiers had entered mass production. As a series, NJU7755X has single, dual and quad circuit operational amplifiers.

 

Features

 

 While has 1.7MHz widebandachieves very low power consumption of operating current 50µA per circuit

Though the available frequency bandwidth is improved about 40% of 1.7MHz than the previous product, the operating current is reduced about 80% of 50µA per circuit than the previous product.

NJU77552 supports high performance and power saving for IoT sensor devices.

 

 Improves EMI immunity

In order to improve the reliability of information from IoT and sensor modules, NJU77552 improves the immunity to RF noise for mobile devices and portable equipment.

 

 Built-in over-input protection function

Though the input exceed the power supply, as long as the input voltage is less than 7V, the protection devices are unnecessary. It contributes to space saving of circuit board.

 

 Achieves the operating temperature of 55

NJU77552 can be used even in severe environments of minus temperature such as cold area, test apparatus, freezing chamber etc. So the application of equipment can be extended.
