Lineup expansion of general purpose logic ICs that can be used for a wide range of applications by raising the operating temperature
2020-02-21 | ReturnThe maximum operating temperatures of some products have already raised from 85 °C to 125 °C, but the products with raised operating temperature will gradually be available in order to respond to the diversification of usage environments. This makes it possible to consider applications where the temperature environment and series characteristics did not match up to now.
The CMOS logic ICs TC74AC series (3 products), TC74LCX series (5 products) and L-MOS (28 products), total 36 products will be sequentially available. After release of them, CMOS logic ICs[1] (80 products), bus switches[2] (5 products), and dual-supply level shifters[3] (5 products) will follow[4], resulting in a total of 126 products. This means our lineup will hold 400 products with 125 °C operating temperature.
