Toshiba Launches High-Current Photorelays in Small 6-pin SOP Package for Factory Automation and Industrial Applications
2020-02-17 | ReturnThe new photorelays integrate MOSFET devices fabricated with the latest[1] U-MOS process with a trench structure, which reduces on-resistance. This advance has made it possible to increase the on-current rating by approximately 13 to 50% compared to current products[2] in the market, contributing to easier replacement of 1-Form-A mechanical relays in numerous DC and AC applications. The new devices will also contribute to improved system reliability and to reducing the space needed for relays and relay drivers.
