NJR releases the High Capacitance Piezo-sounder Driver with charge pump NJW1280

The NJW1280 is a switching driver with charge pump for high capacitance piezo-sounder. It can drive outputs up to 30VPP from 5V supply. Because the NJW1280 has the shutdown function, it is suitable for the battery application.
