AQV25_G3 Series PhotoMOS® Relays

Panasonic, a worldwide leader in Relay Products, introduces the NEW AQV25_G3 Series PhotoMOS Relays product line. The NEW AQV25_G3 Series High Capacity PhotoMOS Relays provides greatly increased load current in a compact DIP package along with a continuous load current of up to 3.5A. The New AQV25_G3 Series features greatly improved specifications for use in place of mercury and Mechanical Relays. With 1 Form A Type contact arrangement and high capacity ratings, the NEW AQV25_G3 Series Relays can be used in applications such as security equipment, fire-preventing systems, industrial machines and HVAC applications such as thermostats, etc. These new Relays available in both surface mount and through hole varieties and are available in both tube and tape and reel packaging styles. The NEW AQV25_G3 Series Relays are not designed for Automotive use.
