【Description】
Since the market demand for small current sensor with high insulation characteristics for industrial motors and energy meters, AKM has developed the AK9223MK a high performance A/D converter for the output stage of a current sensor.

The AK9223MK is a 2ch delta-sigma modulator that operates by a 10MHz internal clock. It is capable to achieve a high performance current measurement with a digital low-pass filter at the output.

High S/N Performance
The AK9223MK achieves 92dB S/N performance based on AKM's accumulated experience and know-how in analog-digital mixed signal LSI technology.

High Accuracy VREF, Internal Clock
VREF is 2.5V±1%, and internal clock frequency is 10MHz±10%.
