Surface Mount Bi-Directional Couplers Handle up to 100W Power from 50 to 6000 MHz

16 December 2015 – To give you more options and meet your needs, Mini-Circuits has expanded its SCBD Series of surface-mount, high-power bi-directional couplers with six new models.  These miniature couplers provide RF input power handling up to 100W and DC current passing up to 2A with extremely low mainline loss and high directivity.  The units are designed into open printed laminate measuring only 0.70 x 0.32 x 0.20”, making them ideal for sampling high power signals in systems with tight space constraints from high power amplifier outputs to base station transmit paths and more.

Model SCBD-10-63HP+ provides 10 dB coupling (nom.) and 100W power handling from 50 to 6000 MHz.  It achieves 0.4 dB mainline loss, 16 dB directivity, and input/output/coupling return loss of 20 - 30 dB.

Model SCBD-16-562HP+ provides 16 dB coupling (nom.) and 75W power handling from 2700 to 5600 MHz.  It achieves 0.4 dB mainline loss, 18 dB directivity, and input/output/coupling return loss of 28 – 35 dB.

Model SCBD-20-272HP+ provides 20 dB coupling (nom.) and 100W power handling from 2700 to 5600 MHz.  It achieves 0.25 dB mainline loss, 25 dB directivity, and input/output/coupling return loss of 28 – 35 dB.

Model SCBD-25-122HP+ provides 25 dB coupling (nom.) and 100W power handling from 800 to 1220 MHz.  It achieves 0.1 dB mainline loss, 24 dB directivity, and input/output/coupling return loss of 30 dB.

Model SCBD-28-82HP+ provides 28 dB coupling (nom.) and 100W power handling from 600 to 820 MHz.  It achieves 0.1 dB mainline loss, 23 dB directivity, and input/output/coupling return loss of 30 dB.

Model SCBD-30-62HP+ provides 30 dB coupling (nom.) and 100W power handling from 400 to 620 MHz.  It achieves 0.08 dB mainline loss, 23 dB directivity, and input/output/coupling return loss of 30 dB.
