23 November 2015 – Mini-Circuits’ TAMP-112-2W+   medium power drop-in amplifier module delivers P1dB up to +30 dBm (1W), 31 dB gain and ±1.0 dB gain flatness across the 650 to 1200 MHz frequency range.  It provides high dynamic range with 2.8 dB noise figure and +41 dBm OIP3.  20 dB active directivity makes it suitable for use as a buffer amplifier and minimizing interactions between adjacent circuits.  This model is an excellent candidate for applications including land mobile, aeronautical radio navigation and more.  The amplifier operates on a single +5V supply voltage allows electronic On/Off control via the control voltage port.  It comes housed in a miniature, shielded nickel-silver alloy case on a brass alloy base plate (2.0 x 1.0 x 0.44”) designed for drop-in directly into the customer PCB.

The TAMP-112-2W+ amplifier module is available off the shelf for $79.95 each (qty. 1-9).  Place your order today and have them in hand as soon as tomorrow!
