3 November 2015 – Mini-Circuits’ TVA-4W-422A+ instrument amplifier provides +44 dBm IP3 and 25 dB gain with ±1 dB gain flatness from 500 to 4200 MHz, supporting a wide range of test lab applications.  This model delivers +34 dBm output power at 1 dB compression, making it suitable for high power tests such as EMI and maximum power handling.  High reverse isolation of 70 dB protects signal sources from load pulling, preventing potential damage or performance variation.  The amplifier features a built-in 110/220V AC power supply, making it easy to use in most lab environments.  It includes thermal self-protection and is capable of withstanding open and short loads while delivering CW signals up to P1dB, providing outstanding reliability.  It comes housed in a rugged aluminum alloy chassis (15.35 x 8.27 x 3.25”) with N-type connectors, ideal for benchtop use.  Two N-male to SMA-female adapters come included for your convenience.

The TVA-4W-422A+ wideband instrument amplifier is available off the shelf for $2,795 each.  Place your order online today for delivery as soon as tomorrow!
