Medium Power MMIC Amplifier Covers 5 to 20 GHz with Outstanding Gain Flatness

2015-10-13 | Return

13 October 2015– Mini-Circuits’ new AVA-24A+ is an ultra-wideband MMIC amplifier delivering 12.3 dB gain with ±1.3 dB  gain flatness across the entire 5 to 20 GHz frequency range.  This model supports an extremely broad array of applications from microwave radio and radar to military communications, EW and more. It supports medium power requirements with P1dB up to +18.3 dBm, and its high reverse isolation of 36 dB makes it an excellent solution for buffering broadband circuits and for use as an LO driver amplifer.  The amplifier integrates the entire matching network, DC blocks and the majority of the bias circuit inside a tiny 3 x 3mm QFN package, simplifying circuit design and saving board space.  The unit is rated as MSL1 and ESD Class 1A (HBM), minimizing special handling requirements on production lines and making it an excellent candidate for high volume manufacturing.

The AVA-24A+ ultra-wideband microwave MMIC amplifier is available off the shelf for $19.50 each (qty. 20). Place your order today and have them in hand as soon as tomorrow!
