Load switch IC products with OVLO function suitable for USB Type-C™*1 specifications (for USB PD*2): TCK30 series

Toshiba has launched “TCK30 series” 28 V load switch IC products suitable for USB Type-C™ specifications (for USB PD).
These products incorporate various protections such as Over voltage lock out (OVLO*3) function and reverse current blocking function, providing switch solutions for power supplies suitable for safety design.
Features
- Low On-resistance: 73 mΩ @VIN=4.5 V
- Maximum output current: 3 A
- Maximum input voltage: 28 V
- Various built-in protections: Over voltage lock out (OVLO) function, Reverse current blocking function, Thermal Shutdown function, Under voltage lockout (ULVO*4) function
- Package: WCSP9
By adopting the 0.5 mm pitch WCSP type package, a small size of 1.5×1.5 mm has been achieved (PD=1.65 W)
