Industry leading*1 small, high current MOSFET: SSM3K56ACT, SSM3J56ACT

Toshiba has launched an N-ch MOSFET “SSM3K56ACT” and a P-ch MOSFET ”SSM3J56ACT” that have adopted the SOT-883 package (Toshiba package name: CST3), for small mobile devices such as wearable devices.

The SOT-883 package is small: its footprint is 40 % of that of the conventional SOT-723 package, making it suitable for high density mounting.

In addition, by optimizing the package structure, these products feature an industry leading^*1high drain current rating of 1.4 A, which is higher than that of our SOT-723 package products.。
