Automotive N-ch power MOSFET, 60 V, 40 A product (RDS(ON) max=10.5 mΩ, DPAK+ package): TK40S06N1L

Toshiba has launched “TK40S06N1L” which is a 60 V N-ch power MOSFET for automotive applications.
By mounting the MOSFET chip in the U-MOSVIII-H series in the low-resistance DPAK+ package, this product features industry leading*1 low On-resistance characteristics.It employs a structure in which its low On-resistance characteristics reduce conduction loss and suppresses switching noise, making it effective in reducing EMI noise.
This product is recommended for applications such as engine ECUs of automotive equipment.
TK40S06N1L will conform with AEC-Q101 automotive level qualification requirements.*2
