Mini-Circuits Introduces USB Controlled Solid State SP4T Absorptive Switch

26 August 2015 – Mini-Circuits’ has expanded our line of USB-controlled RF switch products by introducing a new solid state SP4T absorptive RF switch. The USB-SP4T-63 covers a wide range of system and test applications from 1 to 6000 MHz. It provides ultra-fast switching speed of just 3µs, high IP3 of +54 dBm, power handling up to +27 dBm, and 50 dB isolation.

The solid state switch comes housed in a compact aluminum alloy case (2.25 x 1.50 x 0.475”) with SMA-F connectors at all ports. Controlled and powered via USB, the switch comes supplied with Mini-Circuits’ user-friendly GUI software and DLLs for 32- and 64-bit Windows® systems, as well as complete programming instructions for Windows and Linux® programming environments, supporting control through the user’s native control software.
