TVS*2 diode (ESD protection diode) in the industry minimum class*1 super small SOD-992 package: DF2B7M2CL
2015-08-24 | ReturnToshiba has launched an industry minimum class*1, super low capacitance TVS diode (ESD protection diode): DF2B7M2CL, which protects high speed interfaces for USB3.0/3.1, HDMI®*3, eSATA, DisplayPort, and Thunderbolt™*4 used in mobile devices such as smartphones and wearable devices, from ESD*5.
This capacitance of this product is about 60 % of that of the conventional product*7, while maintaining protection performance by applying TVS diode array process II (EAP-II *6). This product can also be used for radio devices handling very weak radio waves.
