Ultra-Low Noise, High-IP3 MMIC Amplifier Die Supports Applications from 0.05 to 4 GHz

20 August 2014 ­– Mini-Circuits’ PSA4-5043-D+ is an ultra-low noise, high-IP3 MMIC amplifier die supporting high dynamic range receiver applications from 0.05 to 4 GHz including WiMAX, LTE, PCS, GPS and more.  It provides 0.75 dB noise figure, high IP3 of +34 dBm, 18.4 dB gain, and +20 dBm P1dB.  Manufactured using E-PHEMT process technology on GaAs, the amplifier operates on a single +3 to +5V supply, drawing only 33mA at +3V.  The amplifier is offered in unpackaged die form, allowing integration directly into customer hybrids with minimal space requirements.
