MCC’s 600V MOSFET: Low RDS(on), High Performance & Integrated FRED
2024-12-19 | ReturnMCC is proud to introduce the latest in our MOSFET lineup: three advanced 600V components designed to deliver impressive performance and efficiency. Available in the compact TO-247 package, MCW075N60FH, MCW099N60SH, and MCW105N60FH feature typical on-resistance values from 65mΩ to 95mΩ, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
These MOSFETs are available with or without an integrated fast recovery diode (FRED), which improves recovery and switching times while simplifying circuit design and eliminating the need for an external FRED.
Equipped with superjunction technology, these MOSFETs boost overall efficiency and minimize power dissipation. They also ensure low conduction losses while reducing heat generation, only adding to their reliability and thermal performance.
Responsiveness in power conversion and a low gate charge enable rapid switching, making them ideal for challenging conditions found in motor drives and renewable energy applications.
