Get High IPP ESD Protection in a Compact DFN2020-3L Package

MCC is pleased to present ESDHC15VP4-TP and ESDHC24VP4-TP, two high-power, high-current ESD protection diodes engineered to provide the ultimate protection in high transient currents.

Boasting a peak pulse power of 5000V and 15V/24V working voltages, our new diodes deliver the versatility and reliability required for crucial applications, including network and automation equipment, as well as communication ports.

With a low clamping voltage from 24V to 60V, these devices effectively suppress voltage spikes, protecting sensitive electronics during ESD events.

A compact DFN2020-3L package enables design flexibility where space is limited without sacrificing performance. Lightning surges are no sweat with IEC 61000-4-5 standards met up to surges of 120-200A (8/20μs), and they meet IEC 61000-4-2 standards while withstanding air and contact discharges up to ±30kV.

No matter which component you choose, MCC will meet or exceed your expectations.
