Expanded Lineup of Bipolar Transistors that Contribute to the Reduction of the Power Consumption of Equipment
2024-06-12 | ReturnBy optimizing the chip structure, the low collector-emitter saturation voltage of new products TTC022 and TPCP8515 has been reduced by approximately 21 %[1] compared to the Toshiba’s existing product 2SC5714[2] with similar ratings. This contributes to the reduction of the power consumption of equipment.
Toshiba will continue to expand its lineup of products that help reduce the power consumption of equipment.

[2] PW-Mini package with collector-emitter voltage rating is 20 V and collector current (DC) rating is 4 A
