Boost Reliability with Low Capacitance and Side Wettable Flanks

MCC Semi is proud to introduce ESDULC5V0PUBWFHE3, our dual-line bidirectional ESD diode designed to defend sensitive automotive systems and data lines.

Engineers looking to enhance the robustness of electronic systems while maintaining optimal efficiency can rely on its low clamping voltage, low capacitance of 0.3pF (typical), and minimal leakage.

Unquestionable performance is assured thanks to full AEC-Q101 compliance. And our diode’s side wettable flanks enable automated optical inspection (AOI) capabilities, empowering manufacturers to quickly detect — and correct — solder joint quality and alignment.

Well-equipped to shield sensitive electronics from ESD and lightning-induced events, our new diode meets IEC 61000-4-5 standard (lightning) and passed the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test with ratings of ±30kV for air and contact discharge.

Available in a compact and powerful DFN1110-3 package, our ESD diode boasts characteristics that make it the obvious solution for a range of electronic devices, including USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and HDMI interfaces.
