MCC’s New 60V and 100V Schottky Barrier Rectifiers: Designed for Excellence

Meet the latest additions to MCC Semi’s innovative portfolio — two Schottky barrier rectifiers in the SOD-123HL package. The 60V SL26HL and 100V SL210HL feature superior thermal resistance thanks to a unique die and lead frame design that promotes efficiency.
A low-profile package and typical height of only 1mm ensure compatibility with the SMP package. To further enhance versatility, these components are well-suited for automated placement in SMD production lines.
With 2A forward current capability, either option is a smart one for high-frequency (HF) operation in renewable energy or industrial applications.
