Unquestionable Protection & Signal Integrity in a Compact DFN3020-10 Package

MCC Semi is excited to roll out our latest ESD protection device designed to safeguard four pairs of data lines: the ESDLC3304P9. With a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a compact DFN3020-10 package, this component provides unparalleled defense for up to four pairs of high-speed interfaces.

This ESD protection device delivers minimal signal distortion and pristine high-speed data transmission thanks to its low clamping voltage of 5.5V (max) and low capacitance of 1.7pF (typ).

When uninterrupted operation in challenging environments counts, ESDLC3304P9 has proven itself well-equipped for a range of surges and events, with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Immunity Test ratings of ±30kV for both air and contact discharge and IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning) surge capability of 40A (8/20μs).

Our latest device is the optimal solution for high-speed, high-stakes interfaces.
