An intelligent choice for a single bidirectional line, ESDSBULC5V0AE2-TP offers minimal leakage of 200nA and an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.5pF (typical). It passed the stringent IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test with air discharge and contact discharge capabilities of ±30kV. This ESD protection diode also meets the IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 13A (8/20μs) standard.

ESDUSLC5V0AE2-TP is the ideal solution for a single unidirectional data line and features minimal leakage of 0.5A and an ultra-low capacitance of 0.6pF (typical). This component also passed the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test, with air discharge capabilities of ±25kV and contact discharge capabilities of ±20kV. Full compliance with the IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 5A (8/20μs) standard was also met.
