Lumex is announcing the first through hole led for Pin-in-Paste soldering process. The first three items are SSF-H2230USBDRP/A, SSF-H3330YGYGYGW/A and LDS-M512RI-RA/A.

Pin-in-Paste is also called as Paste-in-Hole or Through hole reflow. As the name indicate, Pin-in-Paste is using through hole type componets in reflow soldering, which is SMT process.

In order to be used in reflow process, Pin-in-Paste componets must pass the examination of heat. With the new design of wire bonding and carefully selected material of the lamp and holder, Lumex is starting to deliver Pin-in-Paste LED to meet customer's need.
