Introducing High Efficiency 150 Watt Medical and Industrial Power Supply

PPWAM150 series AC-DC power supply offers industry leading power density of 21 watts per cubic inch.

Woking, UK, 5 February 2020 - TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, today announced the launch of its PPWAM150 series medical and ITE approved power supplies with industry leading power density. Offering a 150 watt power supply with efficiences of 92%, the PPWAM150 series advances TT’s ability to deliver high efficiency medical grade AC-DC power solutions to international standards, meeting the needs of OEMs worldwide.

With eight output voltage options, from 12VDC to 54VDC, the PPWAM150 series offers a 100 watt convection rating with only 10CFM. Available in open frame, U-channel or enclosed formats in a small 2x3 inch package, the series meets Class B conducted (>10 db margin) and radiated emissions limits, adheres to DoE Level VI requirements, and is certified to UL, IEC and CE standards. The PPWAM150 is suitable for BF applied part applications including surgical ablation devices, blood pressure monitors, incubators and ultrasound equipment.

TT Electronics will showcase the new PPWAM150 series next week at MD&M West in Anaheim, California.
