XLC-MA Series: 25W~60W Matter Wireless Dimmable LED Drivers
2025-02-28 | 返回
INTRODUCTION
As a global leader in standard power solutions, MEAN WELL has been a key player in the LED lighting industry for years. The company has introduced multiple series of LED drivers featuring wired digital dimming interfaces such as DALI and KNX, enabling seamless interoperability and advancing smart lighting technology. One of the primary challenges in wireless applications for smart home products has been interoperability. However, with the advent of Matter—a new industry standard for smart homes—this barrier is being effectively eliminated, allowing all Matter-compatible systems and devices to connect effortlessly.
MEAN WELL's latest generation of plastic-cased LED drivers, the XLC series, already supports digital dimming protocols such as DALI and KNX. Now, the series is expanding with the introduction of new models featuring Matter wireless dimming: the XLC-25/40/60MA series. This product line integrates DALI, KNX, and Matter into a single solution, significantly enhancing interoperability within the lighting ecosystem and providing flexible, future-proof solutions for smart homes and commercial LED lighting systems.
The XLC-25/40/60MA series, available in power ratings of 25W, 40W, and 60W, is fully compliant with the Matter 1.3 standard and has received Matter certification from the CSA Alliance. It is compatible with various Matter-enabled smart home systems, enabling seamless wireless dimming control and enhancing the user experience in intelligent lighting applications.
