Bourns Adds New Schottky Rectifier Products Model CD0603-B and CD123D-B Series

Riverside, California - October 25, 2017 - Bourns is pleased to announce the release of two new rectifier diode series products for general applications. Portable electronics, communications, computing and video equipment manufacturers are challenging the semiconductor industry to develop increasingly power efficient solutions with smaller electronics components.

The Bourns® Model CD0603-B Series is available in a compact 0.6 mm low-profile SMD package measuring 1.6 mm x 0.9 mm x 0.6 mm, intended to be mounted directly onto an FR4 printed circuit board. The device fits the 0603 footprint.

The Bourns® Model CD123D-B Series is available in a compact 1.0 mm low-profile SMD package measuring 3.4 mm x 1.9 mm x 1.0 mm, intended to be mounted directly onto an FR4 printed circuit board. The device fits the SOD123 footprint.
