The MF Series adopts TLC (Triple Level Cell) NAND flash memory to keep costs per unit down. An extended operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C is suitable for various non-industrial applications. The integrated enhanced controller ensures longer lifetime use and high system performance. The MF Series is available in quality storage capacity options of 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
